- The parties this Contract (“Agreement”) made, is by and between DAM Media Enterprises Inc. and you.
- The Publisher agrees to supply the following: Free Customized Presentation Folders (“The Docu Keeper”) and accompanying Directory Cards (“The Mini Keeper”).
- The Client agrees to the following: To allow their name to be used in connection with production of the folder. To receive and distribute the Free Customized Presentation Folders and accompanying Directory Cards through their realtors. To assist and/or participate throughout the pre-production, production and post-production stages.
